Senior Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

LMI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the deployment and evolution of IronGate, an ETL solution focused on moving data from commercial environments into secure environments. The role requires the ability to obtain a clearance and U.S. citizenship is required. The position requires quarterly travel for in-person team planning and collaboration events.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary technical lead for the IronGate deployment, data delivery to ensure alignment with customer requirements, constraints, and mission priorities. Translate customer mission needs into IronGate configuration, data transformation, and delivery.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; Master’s degree highly desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and cloud deployments, including security, cyber, and data infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience implementing or managing ETL solutions in enterprise or mission environments
• Experience interfacing between hands-on technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders, including creating and managing delivery roadmaps
• Experience across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments
• Experience working directly with federal defense customers and defense contractors
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical senior audiences
