
Job description
LMI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our growing digital, platform, and product engineering ecosystem. This role will focus on identifying and attracting technical talent across software engineering, cloud, platform engineering, data, AI/ML, product, and emerging technology domains supporting mission-driven solutions for federal customers.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies for technical and professional positions. Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate management.
This is a hybrid role with weekly onsite requirements at our Tysons, VA headquarters (3 days per week). LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed.
