Application Manager Banking Loans

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the operation, further development, and optimization of the Finnova core banking software with a focus on financing. You will work agilely, multilingually, and in close exchange with our customers.

What You Will Do

End-to-end implementation of customer requirements, analysis, troubleshooting, and sustainable solution of disturbances in application and database.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will have the opportunity to work in a varied environment with assignments at customers throughout Switzerland, with one to two travel days per week, as well as two home office days per week at 100% workload.

Requirements

• Degree (Uni/FH/HF) in Computer Science or Banking
• First professional experience in the banking or IT sector
• Further education (Uni/FH/HF) in Business Informatics or Computer Science
• Experience with banking platforms such as Finnova and sound SQL knowledge
• Practice in application operation, parameterization, and projects
• Curious, willing to learn, and with well-developed analytical thinking
• Communicative and team-oriented
• Customer-oriented, practical working method
• Very good German or French and good knowledge of the other language; English is an advantage
