Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design of concrete and steel bridges, retaining walls, and related structures for INDOT and other DOT clients. They will be responsible for project schedule, scope, budget, inter-disciplinary coordination, and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

• BSCE is required, MSCE is preferred
• Indiana PE is required
• 10+ years of DOT bridge design experience with preventative maintenance, rehabilitation and reconstruction of existing steel and concrete bridges and plan preparation
• Proficient in design, modeling and analysis software including Microstation, LARSA 4D, CSI Bridge or other 3D FEM structural modeling software
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
