
Job description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in PCB fabrication or PCBA assembly manufacturing, preferably with NPI, spaceflight hardware, and NASA program experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in board assembly processes and equipment, as well as extensive knowledge of IPC and NASA standards.
The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and support PCBA manufacturing processes, troubleshoot electrical hardware failures, and drive root cause investigations. They will also work with rigid and flex PCBs for high power and high data rates in high noise environments.
This role requires a strong background in engineering, with experience in PCB fabrication or PCBA assembly manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and relevant certifications, as well as experience with materials used in PCBA manufacturing.
