
Job description
The Sr Manufacturing and Process Engineer will be responsible for interpreting engineering requirements, conducting failure analysis, and implementing corrective actions in a missile assembly environment. The role requires a high level of mechanical hands-on abilities and excellent communication skills.
The Sr Manufacturing and Process Engineer will perform or assist in missile assembly and test, repair nonoperating tools and equipment, and conduct detailed failure analysis to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance and ATF background check.
