Sr Manufacturing and Process Engineer (Missile Assembly)

Role Overview

The Sr Manufacturing and Process Engineer will be responsible for interpreting engineering requirements, conducting failure analysis, and implementing corrective actions in a missile assembly environment. The role requires a high level of mechanical hands-on abilities and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Do

The Sr Manufacturing and Process Engineer will perform or assist in missile assembly and test, repair nonoperating tools and equipment, and conduct detailed failure analysis to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline at the Bachelor’s level
• 5+ years production engineering experience
• 3+ years production engineering experience and related Master’s degree
• Knowledgeable of General Manufacturing Processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check
