LOGAN Community Resources is a non-profit organization with a full-time salaried position for a Senior Managing Speech Language Pathologist in South Bend, IN. The Senior Managing Speech Language Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment of expressive and receptive language abilities, cognitive skills, and oral motor functioning in a variety of settings. They will supervise and manage a team of full-time, part-time, and PRN staff, maintain a caseload, and review treatment plans.
Requirements
- Evaluation and treatment of expressive and receptive language abilities, cognitive skills, and oral motor functioning
- Communication with staff and families regarding results of evaluation, treatment, and progress
- Parent training and home programming
- Supervising and managing a team of full-time, part-time, and PRN staff
- Maintaining a caseload and reviewing treatment plans
- Holding group and 1-to-1 meetings and participating in employment and clinical reviews
- Monitoring caseloads and participating in LOGAN management training
- Respecting the confidentiality of persons served and respecting their cultural diversity, in accordance with LOGAN policies
- May be asked to serve on a LOGAN committee addressing the agency's internal operations
