Job Description
LOGAN Community Resources is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation and treatment of language and communication skills in a variety of settings. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts and ABA Therapists, to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions. This position is within an organization focused on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Conduct evaluations to determine the need for therapeutic services.
- Communicate the results of the assessment as directed.
- Determine each client's needs with client and family consultation.
- Facilitate growth of the client's parents as teachers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Serve as a resource person for Autism Learning Center Staff and parents.
