Logicalis Portugal is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to integrate its international and dynamic team, collaborating with different teams and generating real impact.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Workday Analyst or HRIS Analyst roles, preferably in international or multinational contexts.
- Experience in maintaining, supporting, and evolving the Workday platform.
- Solid knowledge of Workday HCM, with contact with other modules such as Time Management, Recruitment, and Expenses.
- Experience in tracking Service Requests and Change Requests, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Experience in data audits, data maintenance, mass updates, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Knowledge in reporting, including report creation, calculated fields, and dashboards (valued).
- Experience in mass data loads through EIBs.
- Ability to support and resolve level 1 support tickets.
- Experience in workflow changes and functional improvements of the system.
- Support for users throughout their professional life cycle.
- Good English knowledge, spoken and written.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy
- Good analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication skills and a taste for collaborative work
