
Job description
LogiNext is looking for an experienced client operations professional to convey platform value to clients and support enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and be able to offer solutions to clients to enhance their customer's experience.
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of projects, train clients on product features, and provide timely support to users. Collaborate with clients daily, weekly, and monthly to resolve queries and maintain data sanctity on CRM.
The successful candidate will have 13-17 years of experience in client operations, a working knowledge of enterprise SaaS products, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
