
Job description
Lead the engineering team in client success, resolving technical issues, and maintaining SLAs. Collaborate with client operations, engineering, and support teams to provide best-in-class service and support.
Troubleshoot application and software issues, manage minor enhancements, and ensure SLA compliance. Monitor production alerts, escalate issues, and report metrics.
You will be a technically savvy and experienced client success leader with deep expertise in supporting enterprise clients. You will have strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
