LOJEL is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to enhance LOJEL's E-Commerce expansion in the Japanese market. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Japan's e-commerce and digital marketing landscape and is excited to shape the local customer experience in collaboration with a global team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of e-commerce experience in Japan, with exposure to both operations and strategy
- Proven success in managing Rakuten or similar platforms; Shopify or other DTC platform experience is a plus
- Experience in the luxury consumer goods industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and e-commerce trends in Japan
- Experience collaborating with global teams on digital product localization or international site rollouts
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, GTM, Klaviyo, and e-commerce CMS platforms
- Native-level Japanese; business-level English preferred
- Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working across functions and time zones
- Data- and insight-driven with the ability to turn analysis into actionable plans
