Job Description
We're looking for a personable and hardworking store associate to join our retail team and help us deliver customer-centric experiences and services in-store. In this role, you'll be providing product and brand education to our customers, along with technical services such as product repairs and personalization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a retail store with a leading brand
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible team player
- Has or is willing to learn technical skills related to product repairs and personalizations
- Passionate about sustainability, bonus if you've worked in the space
- Experience with and willing to learn G-Suite and other computer software: Internet, POS systems, etc.
- Flexibility to work nights, evenings, and statutory holidays as needed
- Fluency in English, bonus if you speak other languages
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
