As HR Business Partner Lead, you’ll manage and develop a distributed team of five HRBPs operating across three regions, while shaping the people strategy that underpins how Loka grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRBP experience, including senior or global scope
- At least 2–3 years managing or leading HR or HRBP teams (distributed experience is a strong plus)
- Genuine hands-on orientation
- Demonstrated experience operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, not just a service provider
