LCS is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them maximize the value of our Rent Manager software while building long-term partnerships that drive retention, growth, and success.
Become an expert in the Rent Manager product and assigned customer's businesses, act as the lead point of contact for assigned customer portfolio, and address business-specific questions in Rent Manager and assist with high level feature requests.
