Job Description
The Property Manager builds and maintains a well-balanced portfolio of properties, responsible for marketing, onboarding, and leasing properties, as well as communicating with owners and performing maintenance inspections.
Requirements
- Cultivates partnerships with local real estate sales offices
- Onboards new accounts and provides recommendations to owners
- Markets rental properties through the Multiple Listing Service
- Processes applicants for tenancy and conducts property surveys/inspections
- Prepares management leases and monitors unpaid rents
- Coordinates lease renewals and communicates with owners
- Maintains property files and communicates with staff and customers
