People Insights & Analytics Intern 80-100%

The People Insights & Analytics Intern plays a key role in strengthening the team’s delivery capacity across priority HR insights, capability‐building initiatives, and operational improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Office 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, good proficiency in Excel
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities in a fast‐paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Interest in HR data, reporting, insights, and process improvement
• Hands-on interest in using Generative AI tools in a practical and responsible way
• Collaborative and service-oriented working style
• English: Business-fluent proficiency
