Join Lordco Auto Parts as we open a brand-new location in Medicine Hat, AB! This is a leadership role where you will help launch an exciting new store from the ground up. You will build, develop, and lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive continuous improvement across store operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of auto parts retail experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to deliver results while building a positive team culture
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities at once
