
Job description
Lead and grow Alberta sales operations, drive sales performance, and increase market share. Reporting to the President & CEO, this individual will be responsible for building strong relationships, developing high-performing teams, and executing growth initiatives.
Lead new truck sales operations, develop annual sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and oversee sales forecasting and pipeline management. Represent the organization at industry events and partner with OEM representatives.
The ideal candidate will be a relationship-focused leader who values long-term partnerships and customer success. They will balance competitive drive with humility, collaboration, and team development, and demonstrate integrity, transparency, and strong business ethics.
