Appointment Scheduler

Appointment Scheduler responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and performing clerical duties in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Appointment Scheduling in the private physician setting, preferably OB/GYN office or Family Practice
• Computer literacy required
• Temperament: Prefers detail-oriented work. Team player mentality
• Manual dexterity for data entry on the computer
• Ability to speak in a clearly understandable manner
