Job Description
Louisiana Women’s Healthcare is seeking a mission-driven Breast Radiologist for part-time, on-site position. The role focuses on breast imaging and interpretation, supporting early detection, timely diagnosis, and compassionate patient care. Collaboration with physicians and clinical teams is essential.
Requirements
- Board-certified in Radiology (American Board of Radiology)
- Fellowship training in Breast Imaging, preferred
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Louisiana
- Proficient in interpreting digital mammography, 3D tomosynthesis, and breast ultrasound
- Strong knowledge of MQSA regulations, HIPAA compliance, and radiology reporting standards
- Mastery in identifying subtle and complex breast imaging findings
- Clear and compassionate communicator with patients and physicians
- Skilled in explaining diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up recommendations
