We are seeking an experienced paralegal to support corporate matters, particularly investment management and private funds. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with entity formation, governance documentation, regulatory filings, and entity lifecycle management.

• Support fund launches and closings by managing closing checklists, coordinating execution of documents, and organizing closing documentation
