Custodial Coordinator

The Custodial Coordinator is responsible for providing custodial services and overseeing a crew of workers. This role involves ensuring a safe and orderly work environment, assigning jobs, maintaining vehicles, and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer expectations. The position may include training and supervisory duties.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate LSE vehicles safely
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record
• Familiar with non-profit agencies and the developmentally disabled
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, dependable work habits, and good communication skills
• Ability to add and subtract for time and mileage sheets
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
