System Administrator Associate

The System Administrator Associate will provide hands-on technical support to employees and help maintain the reliability of LRN’s internal IT systems.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of IT support experience
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach
• Technically skilled in Microsoft 365 | Exchange | Okta | Intune | Active Directory | Mimecast | CrowdStrike
