
Job description
The Credit Controller role is a client-facing position that involves handling collections activities of large commercial accounts with outstanding invoices. The individual will be responsible for meeting defined key performance targets while adhering to departmental policies and processes.
Initiate contact with customers to collect cash on unpaid invoices, build trust and confidence with customers, meet key performance targets and operational objectives, and ensure adherence to the business engagement model.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated and task-oriented, and have proven customer service experience, ideally working with large international clients.
