
Job description
The Vendor Manager is accountable for the services and products delivered globally by Vendors by implementing the vendor governance framework. This role requires collaboration with team members and Tech Sourcing to select the best vendor and contract structure. The Vendor Manager will ensure that contracts are managed effectively, and vendors are held accountable for their performance.
Key responsibilities include contract management, vendor performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement. The Vendor Manager will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to Refinitiv contracting processes and Refinitiv Sourcing / Supplier management operating model.
The ideal candidate will have advanced vendor management experience, proficiency in ITIL and/or CIPS framework, and shown experience in Sourcing. They will also have a global perspective, positive relationship building, communication, and presentation skills, as well as excellent customer service and writing skills.
