Learning and Development Specialist

The Learning & Development Specialist executes learning and talent programs through the coordination, delivery, and ongoing support of training, development resources, and systems.

Requirements

• Execute on learning components of the enterprise Talent programs
• Translate learning trends, workforce capabilities, and business priorities into insights
• Maintain and update L&D and Talent learning resources
• Serve as an implementation partner for assigned initiatives
• Execute learning and development programs
• Partner with leaders and Subject Matter Experts to assess learning needs
• Develop, update, and maintain high-quality training materials
• Coordinate training logistics and learner experience
• Administer learning activities within the LMS
• Generate and analyze standard and ad hoc learning and talent reports
