Process Engineer

Role Overview

As a Process Engineer, you will directly impact our innovation of the Specialty Chemical Industry by delivering process and technology excellence. This role will focus on the site's ability to safely and reliably produce quality products within cost and delivery expectations while identifying improvement opportunities.

What You Will Do

Batch tracking to identify repeat failures and implement corrective and preventative actions. Monitor product performance and process capability on a periodic basis. Recommend procedural changes, equipment modifications or product recipe adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• BS Chemical Engineering Degree
• 4+ years of Chemical Manufacturing Experience
• Experience with Cross functional teams in new product development, technology transfer, process improvement and general operations.
• Experience with statistical process control and statistical techniques.
