Line Worker - Day Shift

As a production line worker for Lucas Oil Products, you will work alongside teammates to bottle and package Lucas Oil, following work instructions and health and safety guidelines, maintaining production standards, and working towards improving productivity without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Physical dexterity to operate machinery and handle small parts.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and operate machines.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing and eye protection.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions including hot, cold, and noisy environments.
• Capable of performing tasks that involve continuous hand and arm movements.
• Ability to work on elevated platforms or scaffolding when necessary.
• Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Available for shift work, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical examination and periodic health screenings as required by the company.
