Jr. Manufacturing Technician

Lucid Motors is a company that aims to lead the future in luxury electric and mobility. They are seeking a Jr. Manufacturing Technician to provide support to daily operations, minimize production downtime, and resolve technical issues related to torque systems.

Requirements

• Provide technical support and guidance on fastening-related matters
• Support troubleshooting of basic issues related to fastening systems
• Follow standardized procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards
• Maintain flexibility to support any shift, including day, night, and swing shifts, as needed
• Perform line audits to confirm adherence to basic standards
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance
• Follow a required, specific sequence of steps in a process repetitively for extended periods
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide support with data interpretation for quality-related issues
