VP Technical | Aircraft Leasing | Dublin

An established global aircraft leasing company is seeking a Vice President – Technical to join its Dublin-based Technical team.

Requirements

• Lead and manage aircraft delivery, transition, and redelivery projects (new and used aircraft)
• Support aircraft acquisitions, disposals, and technical due diligence for transactions
• Oversee lessee maintenance obligations, mid-lease audits, and maintenance reserve management
• Prepare and review technical terms within lease documentation and transaction agreements
• Collaborate closely with internal legal, finance, and marketing teams on aircraft transactions
• Liaise with OEMs, MROs, and aviation authorities to ensure compliance and maintain technical standards
• Represent the company at industry meetings and conferences
