As HR Advisor at Appel, you will be the rock in the branding for a region with many different locations, managers, and employees. You will ensure that HR policy in North Netherlands works not only on paper but also in practice. You will be the face of HR in the field, taking the lead in reducing absenteeism, keeping track of hours and contract changes, and advising managers clearly, honestly, and with a good understanding of the situation.
Requirements
- Permanent HR sparring partner for managers and directors in the region
- Leading the entire absenteeism process from casuistry to WIA with the goal of reducing absenteeism structurally
- Keeping track of plus and minus hours and advising managers on structural deviations
- Guiding contract changes from start to finish, including the start of new customers
- Taking on all regular HR issues, such as conflicts and legal issues
- Working closely with the Business Unit manager and the HR team and monitoring the HR KPIs in the region
- Being visible in the field and moving flexibly between visiting locations, working from home, and office days in's-Hertogenbosch
