Quality Manager

Quality Manager oversees all aspects of yield performance, quality systems, and manufacturing process optimization in a semiconductor fab. This role leads cross‐functional problem solving, manages quality and yield engineering teams, and ensures products meet strict performance, reliability, and customer standards.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Engineering or related technical field
• 7–10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, yield, process, test, or quality engineering
• Strong semiconductor process knowledge, SPC/DOE expertise, and MES/SPC tool experience
• Proven leadership and cross‐functional communication skills
