Lumeris is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of AI-enabled healthcare products that solve real clinical and operational problems. The ideal candidate has hands-on healthcare product management experience, understands EMR workflows, and can translate customer and clinical needs into clear product requirements and business value.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with direct experience building healthcare products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business or a related field
- Hands-on exposure to EMR/EHR systems and clinical workflows
- Experience owning products end to end in complex, regulated environments
- Strong customer-facing experience working with operators, clinicians, and physician leaders
- Working understanding of AI-enabled product workflows, with the ability to partner effectively with AI and data science teams
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting product strategy to senior and clinical leadership
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, manage change, and stay effective in fast-moving environments
