Sr. Field Service Technician II

Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician II to join their team. The role requires 50%+ travel and schedule flexibility, and the team member will rotate across four sites. The position involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert, implementing and assisting with the installation of new equipment, and providing on-site training and support.

Requirements

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and maintain Luminator's hardware and software
• Implement and assist with the installation of new equipment on site with customers
• Sustain proficiency in all products and services that the company offers
• Provide on-site pre-start-up, start-up, contracted service work, warranty, troubleshooting, and training of Luminator products
• Accurately document the work that is performed at a customer facility
• Handle customer service-related issues while fostering the customer relationship and working to solve technical problems on site
