Requirements
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with strong CI/CD, automation, and cloud operations skills
- Solid problem-solving abilities in production environments and experience guiding or mentoring engineers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, with comfort working in regulated, reliability-focused environments
- AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Terragrunt)
- IaaS practitioner
- Critical thinking
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
