
Job description
The Business Development Director will lead a new consulting practice area in the fields of Oil & Gas, power delivery, and decarbonization. The role will involve growing relationships with the financial community and project developers, and leading advisory assignments, business development, and managing the practice business area.
Grow Lummus Consultants' business, develop a business plan, carry out business development, marketing, and proposal preparation efforts, lead Key Account Management teams efforts, and lead or participate in consulting project work.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong balance of technical and commercial capabilities. They will be comfortable working in a seller/doer organization structure and have a high degree of self-motivation and energy.
