Adoption Counselor

Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is hiring a full-time Adoption Preservation Support Counselor to provide therapeutic services to adopted children and adoptive parents.

Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling or social work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program
• Licensed as a LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or LSW
• Three (3) or more years post graduate experience working as a therapist preferred
• Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency required
• Access to reliable transportation required
