LSSI is hiring an LPN to provide direct nursing services to clients in substance abuse programs, with a focus on flexibility and availability to cover shifts and provide coverage for holidays and leaves of absence.

Requirements

• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care in the facilities
• Identify changes in clients' conditions and take appropriate action
• Plan and provide direct care that maximizes functional capacities
• Complete documentation in accordance with regulations and facility practices
• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to keep skills current
