Child Care Worker DJJ (Overnight Shift) performs direct care and treatment of residents, maintains safety and security, and provides guidance and support.

Requirements

• Provide direct supervision and be accountable for whereabouts of residents at all times
• Manage resident behavior
• Accurately report resident's adjustment and behavior
• Maintain the daily schedule of resident activities
• Provide safe transportation of residents
• Report all unsafe conditions and incidents
• Conduct group and individual counseling with residents
• Complete searches and document activity
• Engage residents in recreational, educational and cultural activities
• Maintain a clean and orderly facility
