Job Description
The Shift Leader assists in the overall operations of the Emergency Shelter, supervising a team of Resident Aides/Intake Coordinators and ensuring compliance with state and city regulations and agency policies.
Requirements
- Supervises Resident Aide/Intake Coordinators
- Serves as lead staff for each assigned shift
- Supports the Resident Aide/Intake Coordinator in intake and assessment process
- Ensures compliance with DHS, DOHMH, DOE, and OCFS regulations
