As a Product Executive at LUXASIA, you will develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. You will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s product planning and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Management, Finance or relevant specialisation
- More than 1 year of brand management and/or marketing experience in beauty and/or FMCG industry
- Experience in luxury beauty or consumer brand is advantageous
- Good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen
- Good analytical skills, problem solver, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track sales record in a target driven environment
- Meticulous with a strong analytical mind to grasp numbers
- Creatively driven to think out of the box
- Strong ability to multi-task; strong project management skills with good time management ability
- Proficient in MS Office, strong in excel (pivot table, vlookup)
- Well-groomed, confident and independent individual with entrepreneur spirit
- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
