Fletcher Home RVA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for their home improvement sales team. The right candidate is a proven sales professional with a track record of closing deals and delivering results in an in-home sales setting in the Richmond, Va market.

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home residential sales experience (preferably in remodeling, roofing, windows, or bathrooms)
• Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for personal and financial growth
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays (when homeowners are available)
