HRIS Core HR Functional Lead

The HRIS Core HR Functional Lead will play a key role in designing, implementing, and governing Core HR processes and data structures within the global HRIS ecosystem, ensuring consistency, scalability, and data integrity across the organization.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in HRIS Core HR or global HRIS projects
• Strong experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), either in consulting or in-house
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
