The Assistant Director of Campus Life & Residential Education role at Lycoming College serves as a student-centered, visionary educator and community builder, providing strategic leadership for the first-year residential experience and the College's student conduct system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in higher education, student personnel, or a related field
• Previous years of progressive experience in residential life or other higher education areas
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate programs successfully with other college departments
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check annually
• Successful completion of ACT 153 Clearances
