Lynch Consultants is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Department of the Air Force on a Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) effort. The selected candidate will apply technical expertise and analytical skills to implement data analysis and business solutions in support of Air Force FM transformation priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, database support, reporting, automation, or related technical/business solution delivery
- Active Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and programming tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, R, Scala, Visual Basic, or similar technologies
- Experience creating and maintaining databases and developing data products such as dashboards, visualizations, analytic reports, and data cleansing scripts/processes
- Familiarity with modern data and automation environments, including tools such as Databricks, Palantir, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms
- Exposure to OCR, AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or use of large language models (LLMs) in an operational or business environment
