Job Description
Lyngblomsten, a 225-bed care center, seeks AM RNs to direct nursing care, prioritize resident needs, and facilitate continuity between shifts. Responsibilities include conducting facility rounds, addressing problems, and serving as a resource to staff and residents.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in Minnesota
- Must be CPR certified
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
