Lyngblomsten's NEW Lino Lakes campus is looking for part-time Resident Assistants to start our New Assisted Living facility.
Requirements
- Observation of the resident's condition and communicating changes to the nurse.
- Bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, feeding, walking, and other appropriate rehabilitation measures as assigned.
- Vital signs, appropriate application and use of safety devices.
- Attending to various resident needs, ie: toileting, preventive skin care, and maintaining nutrition and hydration.
- Responds to residents call lights promptly.
- Documents care as assigned.
- Furthers own knowledge and skills by attending staff meetings and in-service presentations.
- Other duties within the scope of training as assigned by a team leader including activities with residents.
