Marketing Head

We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to own the entire demand generation engine. This person will build and lead the marketing function, drive profitable customer acquisition for the US solar business, and turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing or growth roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership/ownership role.
• Proven B2C marketing experience, preferably in high-velocity consumer acquisition environments.
• Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets in Meta and Google Ads with a strong record of hitting unit-economics targets.
