Process Engineer Intern

Role Overview

Join Lyten's Advanced Anode Team as a Process Engineer Intern to gain experience in industry-standard process development and apply engineering skills to solve real-world scale-up challenges.

What You Will Do

Design, execute, and own process development experiments, identify process issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, collect and analyze data, and develop SOPs.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
• Previous internship or hands-on experience in a similar technical environment
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or JMP
• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software
• Comfortable working in an R&D and prototype-development environment
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced setting
